At SISM students have the opportunity to ​prepare themselves for entrance into Japanese ​universities for tertiary education.  SISM offers a ​very rigorous Japanese language program to ​prepare students for the JLPT N2.

English Enrichment Programme (EEP)

The curriculum at SISM uses English as the medium of instruction. The ability to successfully follow through the curriculum and thrive in our English-language learning environment is crucial. To support our students in developing their English Language proficiency, SISM will be offering the English Enrichment Program (EEP).This programme aims to improve the English language proficiency of learners at SISM.

The EEP classes will focus on building the learners’ English language skills (reading, listening, speaking, and writing). The learning is facilitated through our online interactive and fun activities as well as web content made available in the programme.

Who is it for?

Prospective students of SISM who wish to join us in Year 7 or Year 8.  Students are encouraged to undertake the EEP programme as it will help students develop the confidence they need to learn in English.

Course Information

Small Class Size

To ensure each student gets individual attention and the maximum support, classes will be small sized with 10 to 12 learners. All classes will be conducted by qualified and trained English language teachers.

Beyond Classroom

Our KS3 wider curriculum supports students in their engagement, enjoyment ​and personal development as they move through Years 7 to 9. A wide range of ​activities are available that take place beyond timetabled lessons enable all ​students to gain engage in our school community and develop as individuals.
